Step One: The Pre-Cleanse
Start by removing any loose debris. Wipe the interior with a damp cloth. Don't forget the oven door!
Step Two: Natural Cleanse
Create a paste from baking soda and water (3:1 ratio). Coat the ovenโs interior, avoiding heating elements. Leave it overnight. In the morning, simply wipe away the paste with a damp cloth.
Step Three: The Finishing Touch
A spritz of vinegar will react with leftover baking soda, helping you clean those stubborn spots. Wipe one last time, and behold, your oven looks brand new!

The refrigerator, the cooling heart of the kitchen, can sometimes be a jungle of leftovers and forgotten vegetables.
Step One: Empty and Assess
Turn off the refrigerator. Remove everything, checking expiry dates. Dispose of anything past its prime.

Remove shelves and drawers. Wash them with warm soapy water. Wipe the interior with a solution of one part vinegar to one part water.
Step Three: Dry and Reassemble
Dry shelves and drawers thoroughly before reinserting them. Replace your food, and you're done!

Step Two: The Vinegar Cycle
Place a cup of white vinegar in a dishwasher-safe container on the upper rack. Run the dishwasher through a hot-water cycle.
Step Three: The Baking Soda Boost
Sprinkle one cup of baking soda across the bottom of the dishwasher. Run a short, hot water cycle.
